We negotiated a part-exchange deal in a pleasant, relaxed manner, and we're satisfied with the outcome. My experience at Perrys Burnley Kia was positive in the end because Heather (Sales Person) and Chris (Retail Manager) went out of their way to rectify my initial disappointment. Heather and Chris apologised for the fact that the car was not ready for collection but more than made up for this with their helpfulness, professionalism and positive action. Heather kept in touch at all stages and Chris made sure the necessary bodywork was carried out to a very high standard. Heather deserves special praise for her help, support, professionalism and friendliness. She is a credit to herself and Perrys Burnley.
